Each type of form is OK, as long as it contains the fields of the form. A order form from your webshop is OK, as well as your from your online application form, offer form, your reservation form, your more info form, etc.

Day to day use

E-mail import

Never retype any data!Your customer is creating his own invoice at the moment he is completing your webform!
You can fill your database in 3 ways:

MAPI - automatic import from you actual mailckient software (outlook, eudora, Thunderbird, or any other MAPI compliant package).

POP - automatic collection of e-mail from a POPbox at your provider, thanks to the built-in e-mailclient.

CLIPBOARD - easy cut and paste incoming e-mail messages.

Overview

The EasyBackOffice mainscreen offers an overview of (a part of) the records of the database. With the buttons on the right site of the screen you can activate a function, with one mouseclick. For example: creating an invoice, sending an personalised order confirmation, sending a newsletter, etc. etc.

Editing data

You can edit records easily with shortcut keys. You can edit all fields, even the fields that are not shown in the grid.

E-mailing a confirmation

With one mouseclick you can send a tailor made e-mail message to your customer. You can edit the templates yourself easily, with the builtin editor.

Creating invoices

Automatically create invoices with one mouseclick! Freeform layout in HTML! Invoices can be attached to e-mail messages optionally.

Thanks to the built-in e-mail engine you can send a personalised (HTML) message to all of your customers or a selected group with one mouseclick.

Managing Online databases

It is possible to manage a webbased database with EasyBackOffice too by using HTML templates.

PDF e-mailing

It is possible to create PDF¹, text or HTML files automatically and to attach these personalised files automatically to outgoing messages.
These functions can be used for sending invoices for examples.

Exporting XML or CSV

With one mouseclick you can export to any arbitrarily XML or CSV format. This it is easy to export to your accounting software or sending files to your accountant.

EasyBackOffice uses ready-made HTML and plain text templates that can be edited easily with the built-in editor (with colored syntax).

EasyBackOffice is based on open standards. The SQL database can be edited with software from third parties, and can even be published to edit with PHP! No vender lockin!

A history of actions is kept per record. This way you can see if you sent a customer an invoice, etc.
