Database

  • No restrictions.
    EasyBackOffice contains a standard SQL database engine, you can save your data unlimited, without having to deal with technical database configurations. ' If you have different kind of forms, for example order forms, information request forms etc. you can easily create different database-sets. In this way you can separate these different customer groups from each other in different sets with their own templates. With 1 click you can switch to the other set in EasyBackOffice.
  • Well-organized.
    Your records are clearly displayed in the GRID, you can make selections of records and fields and you can sort the records (on date, ID etc.). For example if you only want to see records of the last 3 months, or if you want to e-mail a specific group of customers that ordered or requested information about a specific product. You can easily make these kind of selections with the built-in SQL interpreter. Most easy (just selecting in a pull-down menu) or advanced (entering your own SQL queries).
  • Multi purpose.
    With 1 click you can create additional sets, for example if you receive different kind of forms, in this way you can create different kind of customers and send specific e-mail messages or mailings. You can send invoices or mailings as PDF files, you can send HTML e-mails (perfect for your marketing).' Make any selection you like, make selections of customers who ordered a specific product and send them a special offer.

    You can keep using your own editor, website, forms, e-mail software, administration software. EasyBackOffice is a very flexible and open tool, it can be used together with other software. You can export data to another database or export data to a file for your book keeper.

    If you work with different sets you can select another set with 1 click. In the pull-down menu you can make a selection of the records you want to work with, for example select a specific group of customers to send them a newsletter. You can change the order of the fields that are displayed with 1 click.

    Almost anything is possible with EasyBackOffice but it is not obligatory. You can use your own SQL queries and create your own templates in HTML. You can but don\'t have to, EasyBackOffice contains easy alternatives for any option: e.g. choose from the ready made templates and select the Easy SQL option (only having to select fields from a pull-down menu).
