• The price of comparable back office solutions is thousands of Euros. Do I still have to take your EasyBackOffice solution of only 125 Euro seriously?
  

  For sure, EasyBackOffice is developed based on wishes and experiences of users who have been working with the tool in practise. EasyBackOffice combines in a very smart way all you need to have a professional back, without complicated and unnecessary structures and procedures. No configurations needed that require help from a professional, no need to visit expensive seminars or courses. No superfluous options you have to learn but will never use. There is no other backoffice solution you can start working with within a few minutes.

• What do I need more? Is additional software needed?
  

  No, if you receive forms (from your website or shop) by e-mail you can use EasyBackOffice.

• Is an open telephone / internet connection needed while I am working with EasyBackOffice?
  

  No, you will work off-line with EasyBackOffice, quiet and safe and on your own Windows PC. Without having to wait for slow server responses.

• What will it cost to use EasyBackOffice?
  

  You purchase EasyBackOffice for a one-time price. You can use EasyBackOffice on your won PC, together with your current software. You can import records in EasyBackOffice unlimited. You can easily create different sets if you receive different kind of forms. For example if you have a website from witch you receive both order forms, offer forms, job application forms, reservation forms or 'request for more information' forms. You can use EasyBackOffice unlimited without any additional costs.

• Are there any hidden costs to be expected?
  

  No, you only pay a one-time price at the moment you purchase the license, EasyBackOffice is complete and contains all you need. Unlike many other solutions there will be no: hidden costs because of 'extensions', extra costs because of a certain 'module', special monthly 'database' costs or unclear 'service-costs'.

• Do I need a special PC system, software or hosting-account to be able to work with EasyBackOffice?
  

  No, if your PC meets the requirements (see the system-requirements) and you receive forms from your website you can start using EasyBackOffice immediately. No database or special software needed, EasyBackOffice contains a SQL database and all you need. No special hosting-accounts needed, you'll work on your own PC.

• Do I have to pay for each modification?
  

  No, after purchasing the license you can work with EasyBackOffice unlimited and for free.

Options

• Will I be able to work with EasyBackOffice without knowledge of databases or having to work with codes?
  

  Yes, even without any knowledge you can work with EasyBackOffice. Based on one of your forms the database will be automatically configured for you. You will only have to copy and paste the form. After this you can import the forms you receive in EasyBackOffice, they will be clearly displayed as records. You can edit them and 'run' actions with them, for example print invoices and packing slips, make selections, e-mail reminders, confirmations, invitations, newsletters, HTML e-mail, PDF files etc. Ready-made print and e-mail templates come with EasyBackOffice, you can easily modify them.

• Is it safe, is there no risk of my own data, order data and customer data becoming public?
  

  EasyBackOffice is very safe, your data is not stored on-line on a web server but off-line on your own PC. No on-line services where employees of the service may have a look at your data, no risk of hackers accessing the on-line database service. You are the only one who manages the data, on your own PC.

• Do I have to depend on the continuity of Errel or other third parties?
  

  No, you can always keep using EasyBackOffice after you purchased a license, independent of Errel or others. Even if Errel would go bankrupt (improbable, because Errel is making profit since 1999) you can always keep using the software. If you choose an on-line database service, with it's own specific server (on-line database), you are dependent of the continuity of the company providing the service and may lose all your data if the company goes bankrupt.

• Can I make my own selections in the database?
  

  Yes, that's very easy, for example you can make selections of all orders in a certain period for your book keeper, you can export this selection. Or select certain groups of customers to send them a special offer or new product announcement (mailing, printed and send by post or e-mail, html e-mail or PDF). Anyone can make selections with the 'Easy selection method', if you know some SQL you can work with your own SQL queries as well.

• Can I send HTML e-mail and PDF files with EasyBackOffice?
  

  Yes, with EasyBackOffice come some ready-made HTML e-mail templates, you can start your HTML e-mail marketing campaign very quickly. You can edit the ready-made templates and add other ones yourself too. You can send PDF files (e.g. invoices) by e-mail to your customers saving stamps.

• What about developments in the future?
  

  EasyBackOffice is an open tool, Errel is always developing new modules and tools. In case of entire new versions current users can upgrade (low costs). Patches and updates are always free for current users. start e-commerce here

• Does EasyBackOffice work on my PC? What else do I need?
  

  Yes, there are no specific requirements, if your PC meets the requirements there will be no problem. If you receive forms from your website you need nothing else, EasyBackOffice contains everything you need: a built-in SQL database, import and export, e-mail client, SQL interpreter, HTML editor, ready-made templates.

• Can I use EasyBackOffice together with my own current software or will I have to change a lot of settings?
  

  Yes, that's an unique feature of EasyBackOffice. You can use it together with your own e-mail client, website, forms, book keeping software etc. EasyBackOffice is an open and very flexible tool, each form can be processed by EasyBackOffice, you can import forms and export data, create own templates etc. start e-commerce here
